HYATT REGENCY MIAMI HOTEL- 5 STAR RAVE

Upgrade Events by Ingrid would like to thank the amazing staff at The Hyatt Regency Miami for their outstanding hospitality and amazing service.
 During our weekend stay at the Hyatt, from the moment we checked in, we were greeted with kindness from all members of the hotel.

The room was immaculately groomed,room service was very attentive, and the restaurant could not have done any better to make us feel any more satisfied.
  The food and the servers were presented at a 5 stars service. We even got the chance to meet the Restaurant Manager Andres Gonzalez and The Kitchen Manager Xavier Francois.

We would like to say a big thank you to the both of them for their superior and personal service that they provided not to only us, but to their entire guest in the restaurant. Also, the concierge was very accommodating with making sure all of our goods were handled well from our room to our vehicles. The overall experience at the Hyatt Hotel in Downtown Miami was amazing and we cannot wait to check in again
